Question 1

Is there instant setup after purchase?

Accepted Answer

Yes, absolutely! Once your payment is confirmed, our system generates your active credentials and sends you a full setup guide via WhatsApp within 2—5 minutes.

Question 2

What devices and apps are supported?

Accepted Answer

MY 4KTV works on virtually any device: Smart TVs (Samsung, LG, Sony, Philips), Android boxes, Amazon Fire TV Stick, Apple TV, iPad, iPhone, MAG boxes, Formuler and apps like IPTV Smarters, Tivimate, GSE and standard M3U playlists.

Question 3

How fast does my internet connection need to be?

Accepted Answer

For SD quality you need at least 8 Mbit/s. For Full HD (1080p) a stable 15 Mbit/s is required, and for 4K UHD streams we recommend 25 Mbit/s or more — ideally via a wired LAN connection.

Question 4

Can I use the subscription on multiple devices simultaneously?

Accepted Answer

Our 1-device plans support 1 simultaneous stream. Upgrade to a 2-device plan and stream on two screens at the same time. The 12-month plan also includes bonus FREE months.

Question 5

Are there contracts or hidden fees?

Accepted Answer

None. No ongoing contracts, no setup fees and no automatic renewal. You pay once for your chosen period (3, 6, 12 or 24 months) and renew manually when you want to continue.

Question 6

What exactly does the 15-day money-back guarantee cover?

Accepted Answer

You get a full refund within 15 days of activation if the subscription genuinely does not work — meaning no channel and no film plays at all. It does not cover a single missing channel or match, a fault in your app, device, router or internet connection, or simply changing your mind. Our support always helps you fix the problem first, and most cases are solved within minutes. The full conditions are on our terms page.

Question 7

Is the player app included in the subscription?

Accepted Answer

No — we supply the subscription itself: the line and your login details. You choose your own player app: IBO Player or IBO Pro, IPTV Smarters, TiviMate, Flix IPTV, Duplex Play, XCIPTV, Kodi or any app that supports Xtream Codes or M3U. Some are free, others charge a small one-off fee to their developer. Our support installs and configures your app with you free of charge.

Question 8

Do I get anything for recommending MY 4KTV?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every customer you refer earns you free months on your own subscription: 1 free month when they take the 12 + 3 package, and 2 free months for the 24 + 6 package. It applies to both 1-device and 2-device plans and there is no limit — just have the new customer mention your name when ordering.
